Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort for a roof replacement at the Memphis (ZME) Child Care Facility in Memphis, TN. Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate questions and answers into the RFO and to provide an alternate Adobe version of the PDF drawings.� NOTE: The ""dupliate"" drawings are the same drawings originally posted with this RFO. Only the Adobe version has changed.�� This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238160, size standard of $19 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including FAA Specifications, Drawings and DOL Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. �All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 9:00am Central Time. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must register with a list of attendees (First and Last Name; Company) by Tuesday, February 27, 2024, 2:00pm Eastern to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov. �Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All questions regarding this RFO must be emailed to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov by 2:00pm EST; Thursday, February 29th. �An amendment with questions and answers will be posted on this site Monday, March 4th. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. �A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. �All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to all requirements of Sections L and M of the RFO.
