- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District (CENAU), intends to solicit and award a target of five (5) Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for General Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services for projects in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Luxembourg; to be procured in accordance with Public Law (PL) 92-582 (the Brooks Act) and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 36, under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services. The combined total estimated contract value will be $95M in shared capacity, with a one year ordering base period and two (2) six month option periods for each IDC IAW DFARS 217.204(e)(i)(A). This acquisition is needed to support the continued and growing CENAU missions in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg. Task orders issued against this are in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Operation and Maintenance (OM), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funded missions. This requirement will be advertised using full and open competition. The contract will be negotiated and awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Funds are currently available for the minimum guarantee of $2,000 per awardee. Performance Period: The contracts will have a base ordering period of one year with two (2) six-month option periods for a total possible ordering period of two years.
