Description

Brief Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and training as required for the supply of IMOP XXL Floor Scrubbers to Robert J Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas. These machines are needed due to more square footage out at the CBOC s. The Wichita VAMC currently uses these sam e machines within the entire campus, to ensure that the floor care does not dip below the standard we have set in the hospital. This type of machine can be used to either buff the floor or burnish the floor depending on the type of pads that you are using. This machine is also more advanced so that certain floor care objectives are easier to reach and faster. **When brand name product is mentioned it may be substituted for a like or similar item.** Technical Requirements are as follows: Minimum of 24.4-inch cleaning path Minimum 70.4lbs Brush/Pad Pressure 2 - 25.2V 14 AH Lithium Batteries (Cordless) At least 1.25-Gal solution tank Minimum 2-Gal recovery tank Must fold away for easy transport/storage Lithium-Ion Battery Must have 1 set of extra batteries for each machine. Special Guidance for the Pre-Solicitation: Any vendor interested in providing an offer in response to the upcoming solicitation shall provide preliminary information as required for minimum consideration in the government contracting process. Items for submission during the Pre-solicitation phase are: An email using reference #36C25524Q0185 in the Subject Line of the Email. UEI# to verify System for Award (SAM) Registration to include socio-economic verification. Any vendor not verified will not be considered responsive for participation in the solicitation IAW 4.1102. Identify any socio-economic status as it relates to those identified in FAR 19. Vendor s identifying themselves as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) shall be registered in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) https://vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ .
