- Assured Access To Space SAFS-2.1 Industry Day Announcement Overview The Space Systems Command (SSC), Assured Access to Space (AATS) Task Order (TO) provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) consisting of acquisition, financial, and administrative services in support of the SSC/AATS mission. The SSC/AATS Acquisition and Financial Support Services (SAFS-2.1) TO provides expert services needed by SSC/AATS to enable the Government to adequately fulfill its acquisition role, efficiently in a research and development space-centric environment. The Government intends to post a draft solicitation for these services geared towards eligible vendors in the SAFS Centralized Program using the General Services Administration (GSA) Occupancy Agreement Space Inventory System (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Pool 5B Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract vehicle. Subsequent to that draft soliciation posting, the Government intends to conduct an industry day.� AATS SAFS-2.1 Industry Day SSC/AATS will host an Industry Day at the Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, CA on 7 March 2024. The purpose of this event is to provide industry with information regarding the draft Request for Proposal (RFP); as well as, to help the Government maintain the highest level of Mission Success, improve affordability, and to ensure the fulfillment of the Warfighter�s needs. Note: The Government will release Draft RFP prior to Industry Day on a date currently to be determined. Industry Day will include a general session that commences at 0800 AM PST; it shall be open to all participants. On this day, interested parties may also elect to participate in one-on-one sessions with the Government for 30 minutes. The Government seeks to answer any questions companies may have regarding the draft RFP. Registration is required for Industry Day attendance. Participation is limited to 4 people per company and must be in-person. Interested parties must complete and submit Attachment 1, SAFS-2.1 Industry Day Participant Request Form, no later than 1300 PST on 28 Feb �2024. Parties who wish to request a one-on-one session, please annotate in Attachment 1. The Government values its industry partnerships and look forward to continued engagement on the SAFS-2.1 draft RFP. Disclaimer THIS IS AN INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Individual sessions are issued solely for information and planning purposes pertaining to SAFS-2.1 TO draft RFPs. It does not constitute an RFP, a Request for Quotations (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Participants are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with attending a potential session will be solely at the responding party�s expense. SSC/AATS has entered into contracts with The Aerospace Corporation, Alpha Omega Group (AOG), Axient, Boecore Inc., Boyles Enterprises, Figueroa and Associates, Integrated Data Services (IDS), KBR (formerly Centauri), Liona Enterprises, Inc., ManTech International Corporation, Millennium Nynth Company California LLC, OMNI Consulting Solutions, Quantum Research International, Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC), Stellar Solutions, Tecolote Research Incorporated, Tyton LLC, and Wallender and Associates. These companies support the program office by performing technical reviews, systems engineering and integration analyses, cost estimation, and other advisory services. Participation in one-on-one discussions constitutes consent to disclosure of information to these companies, which are required to provide equal protection to non-public information as the Government.
