- Description
- The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps , has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ ). The IDIQ�s will be for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the following states; AR,KY,MO,NC,TN,VA,WV. �The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs and construction of facilities, to include roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades. � This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 �Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first. February 13, 2024 - Note - Site visits will be conducted on a case by case basis. Please contact the Contracting Officer to schedule a site vist. All questions must be recieved by February 23, 2024.� February 21, 2023 - This amedment adds a Q&A document and a revised section L and M.�
