Description

This is a Sole Source procurement to DeVal Life Cycle Support per the attached Sole Sole Justification. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �MISSION PACKAGE FRONT AND REAR ADAPTERS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to DeVal Lifecycle Support for Mission Package Adapters.� This procurement is sole source for the following reason:� The items in this procurement are a major part/component of a highly specialized piece of Ordnance Handling Equipment aboard Navy ships and are needed in order to conduct mine countermeasure missions.� DeVal Lifecycle Support is the only approved source for the items and are the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the items.� If another vendor were selected, potential incompatibility would introduce unacceptable risk as these are handling ordnance.� Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407
