This is to reflect that this is not a phased project. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is a Total SB set-aside to support VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS).. The intent of this RFQ is to procure a brand name or equal system for patient elopement wander management. Wanderguard Blue is the basis of design for technical minimum requirements.
