Responses to Requests for Clarification. xxxxx Qty 11 75kVA and qty 2 45 kVA Transformers. The procurement is being competed. All proposals received will be evaluated on a �Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. LPTA is commonly used for competitive solicitations where non-price factors may be evaluated on an �acceptable�, �non-acceptable�, basis with no measurable value in selecting one acceptable offer over another. The lowest price offer among the �acceptable� proposals is used to select the winning proposal.� Your proposal must be received no later than February 23, 2024 @ 5:00pm PST�and be valid for 90 days after submission.�Submissions must be provided with electronic files in PDF format.� Please carefully review attached SLAC RFP 340083 for further details and instructions.
