This one-time buy is pursuant to the award for: MFR: Apple, P/N: MRX43LL/A (Brand Name Only);�Item:�Apple 14"" MacBook Pro (M3 Pro, Space Black)�(OR EQUAL), Qty: 10 EA MFR: Siig, P/N: JU-DK0F11-S1 (Or Equal); Item:�SIIG 7-in-1 MST USB Type-C Docking Station,�Qty: 10 EA Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand Name Only or Brand Name Or Equal to the requested part numbers, as applicable, compliant to markings and delivery schedule.� Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.� Quoted part number must be TAA compliant and Brand Name Only or Brand Name Or Equal to the requested part numbers, as applicable, herein to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered.
