Sole Source to COSMED USA.� Justification Attached.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � NAVY EXPERIMENTAL DIVING UNIT � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �COSMED K5 ESP1 Warranty Service at Navy Experimental Diving Unit The Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU) has a requirement to procure extended warranty service for (4) K5 Wearable Metabolic Technology Units.� The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures.� This purchase order is being awarded to COSMED USA because COSMED is the only company (OEM with proprietary data) that can service the K5 Wearable Metabolic Technology units.� Thus COSMED is uniquely qualified to service the equipment. Destination to the Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU, 321 Bullfinch Road, Panama City, FL 32407.
