- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Dakota City: Bismarck Delineated Area: Must be located on airport property Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 890 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 890 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 2 Five-year renewal options Additional Requirements: None The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other� than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation� Security Administration that is expiring in Bismarck, North Dakota at the Bismarck Municipal Airport. The Government requires 890 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 parking space. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
