The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a law enforcement agency within the U.S. Department of Justice. Its unique responsibilities include protecting our communities from violent criminals, criminal organizations, the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, the illegal use and storage of explosives, acts of arson and bombings, acts of terrorism, and the illegal diversion of alcohol and tobacco products. ATF partners with communities, industries, Federal, state, local and tribal law enforcement agencies and public safety agencies to safeguard the public through information sharing, training, research, and the use of technology. Requirement: The objective of this RFI is to obtain submissions that can provide ATF leadership with professional and development training. ATF is primarily interested in programs that develop leaders for the Federal government, however this RFI is not limited to only Federal training. ATF is not interested in certifications or professional training not otherwise available to Federal employees (e.g. military or professional trade organizations). This training may be for entry level first-line supervisors; second-line supervisors or higher; and members of the Senior Executive Service (SES).
