Page 1 of Page 1 of Page 1 of Page 1 of COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION RFQ# 36C24824Q0276 JANITORIAL SERVICE HOME OXYGEN WAREHOUSE The Government requires Janitorial Services for the Home Oxygen Warehouse in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612 for the Facilities Management Office (FMO). The contractor will provide all requested Janitorial Services, as identified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Dated 02/29/2024, for the Home Oxygen Program at 5910 Breckenridge Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, reports, etc. necessary to successfully provide Janitorial Services. Aseptic areas apply to the kitchen, dining, and restrooms. Custodial standards apply to the common areas, excluding the dining area, and the rooms. There may some cases where a room requires a terminal cleaning in the case of a sick patient or otherwise. Upon request from VA staff, the contractor shall perform a terminal clean to affected areas. The contract term shall cover a one-year Base Period with four (4) one (1) year Option Periods; the 1-year option periods are subject to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
