Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy anticipates issuing a Request�for Proposal (RFP) for Specialized Laboratory Testing Services in the�Continental United States (CONUS) with the intent to establish a Blanket�Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple vendors.
