- Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Statement of Work.� �The SOW and Specifications are written for the renovation of a greenhouse in Woodward, OK.� ��� There is NOT a scheduled site visit.� If you would like to walk the grounds prior to submitting a proposal, please see paragraph L.6 of the solicitation.� �� All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) for this solicitation. Responses will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM February 15, 2024. �Questions submitted after February 15, 2024 until quotes are due may not receive a response.
