Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), or Other Small Businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $16.50- other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. Background/Purpose Objectives: The purpose of this notice is to identify all potential native owned or small business sources capable of providing Provide Indian Health Service (IHS) with A-123 contract support. � � � � �2. Contractor Requirements: To be considered as a potentially capable to make a set-aside determination respondents to this notice shall have the following capabilities: Developing and/or updating Cycle Memos and Business Flowcharts Conducting auditor evaluation of Cycle Memos and controls Developing Test Plans Making population and/or sample requests and testing controls Reporting on testing results and creating Control Deficiency Logs and Corrective Action3.� � � �� ��� � � �3.� �Anticipated Period of Performance: �Period of Performance: One (1) twelve (12) month base period � Four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. � � � � �4.��Capability Statement/Information: 1. Interested parties are expected to review this notice to familiarize itself with the requirements of this project. Failure to do so will be at your firm�s own risk. 2.
