Description

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a venue to host 1,200 pax on June 4, 2024 in KLCC.� The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a reception venue with the following requirements. Detailed requirements are in the attached Statement of Work (SOW):� Availability on June 4, 2024 Main Ballroom capacity for at least 1,200 pax and at least 10,000 sq. ft. Cocktail-style reception in the main ballroom with space for stage(s) and displays� Located in Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC)�� Vendor MUST have valid registration in SAM.gov� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.?�All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.?� All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors need to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� Please ensure that proposals meet all minimum requirements as stated in the solicitation and SOW.?This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
