- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC-Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C3234R0002 for Oil/Water Separator and Grease Trap Interceptors at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about Mach 15, 2024. The closing date of the RFP is on or about April 15, 2024, or as stated in the solicitation. This RFP is issued as 100% total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. All responsible Small Business sources with experience in Oil/Water Separator and Grease Trap Interceptors and capable of successfully fulfilling the requirement are invited to submit a quote in response to the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 562998. The size standard is $16,500,000.00. The Product ServiceCode is: S222, Waste Treatment/Storage. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website at https://sam.gov for status of RFP and any amendments, if any. proposal submission via email and/or hand delivered will be addressed in the solicitation. Therefore, read the solicitation carefully when issued. proposals, regardless of method of transmission, shall be received in the office indicated in the solicitation prior to the time and date for receipt of quotes. The RFP will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at https://sam.gov. The RFP will not be mailed out or faxed. Offerors submitting proposals but are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award. Enure you complete FAR 52.204-26 via your SAM registration under Certifications and Representations.
