Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for the purchase of an articulated, wheeled swivel dumper machine to be delivered FOB Destination Fort McCoy, Wisconsin in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested in accordance with the attached solicitation. Solicitation W911SA24Q1018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Serices.as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant award will be firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated delivery date is 120 days after date of contract (ADC).
