- Description
- This is a non-personal services contract to provide victim advocacy services in support of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9, Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Programs, Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP).� The requirement is currently operating under contract W564KV-20-C-0004.� The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over Contractor employees� performing the services herein.� Such Contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.�
