- Brand name or equal Nalgene 32 oz wide mouth water bottle.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 using procedure under FAR 13, SAP, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Government intends to issue one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract.�� Offeror Attachments (Shall be return as part of your quote) In addition to providing pricing, Offeror shall include certain non-pricing information as document(s) attached to their quote, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this RFQ. Attachment(s) can total no more than 20 MB, whether multiple files, or one file, and may be zipped to decrease their size. Pricing will not be accepted if it is included in the attachment(s). An Offeror's failure to comply with these terms may result in its quote being determined incomplete and shall not be evaluated. 1- Vendor shall return the SF 1449 document, signed and official quote with letterhead. Brand Name or Equal Vendor may submit quotes for alternate brand name items, provided those items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Vendor MUST enter exactly what they are offering (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the quote to be considered. The government will evaluate 'equal' items on the basis of information furnished by the Vendor or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the government. The government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Evaluation for Award The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, past performance, and delivery of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. Delivery/Shipping Address. FLETC 1131 Chapel Crossing Warehouse Building 2400 GLYNCO, GA 31524 Delivery Instructions -� Initial Delivery of 200 (minimum) by 22 March 2024. -� Remaining Delivery: Minimum requirement 800-1000 per delivery with final delivery not to exceed 90 days from award date. Shipping Condition Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Equipment Condition New Equipment ONLY; No remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer�s warranty.� Line Items Quote MUST be good for 90 calendar days after close of Buy. Specification/requirements for Brand Name or Equal Nalgene water bottles (Product number KJWB 29844 2178 2046) Material required is Plastic to include the following: Extremely durable Rigid, non-squeezable Resistant to staining. Resistant to retaining odors. Dishwasher safe Manufactured without Bisphenol A (BPA) 32 ounces with attached screw on type loop-top that to prevent spilling or dropping top onto unclean training surfaces. Lid must be of simple design that is easily cleaned, leakproof and will not crack when overtighted or dropped. Large opening (greater than 2 inches) for easy hand washing and refilling from PTD water bottle filling stations, drinking fountains and ice machines. Translucent blue (could also be grey) so amount of water inside is easily observable.
