Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation that will be submitted where proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. The solicitation number is�70T02024Q7670N002 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Quoters are requested to review the attached BPA Terms and Conditions document, which is the solicitation document, as well as its attachments: (1) Medical Requirements and Evaluation; (2) Medical Record Delivery Instructions; (3) Delivery Tracking; (4) Canine Delivery Instructions; (5) BPA Pricing Fill-in-Table.� Please read all documents carefully.
