- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333M2-24-Q-0048 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 (Deviation 2024-06)(JAN 2024). The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for 10 mg of Bulk RM Domoic Acid (2.5 mg DA+epiDA/ mL in 5% acetonitrile/ water (pH 6); ? 95% purity); packaged either in four (4) separate aliquots of 2.5 milligrams each, five (5) separate aliquots of 2.0 milligrams each, or ten (10) separate aliquots of 1.0 milligrams each = 10 mg DA. All product/s shall be in accordance with the Statement of Need herein. All product must be delivered within 150 days or sooner from contract award or sooner. Quotes shall be FOB destination. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a best value/trade-off. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote. This RFQ is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 325413, In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 Employees.��Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on March 22, 2024; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on (Technical Capability of the Material Offered to meet the Government Requirement), (Compliance with Specifications), (Packaging Requirements), (Delivery), and (Price).� Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov . There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. The anticipated award date is on or about April 12, 2024 or sooner The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
