- 1.0 INSTRUCTIONS This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) as part of its Market Research to identify available sources, capabilities, and receive industry input regarding ACC�s Great Power Competition (GPC) Implementation requirement. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.� This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever.� Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.� Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.� 2.0 DESCRIPTION According to the officially published United States Air Force Great Power Competition Reoptimization Tasking Order, ACC will be responsible for major transformation efforts surrounding Exercises, Readiness, Data-driven A4 modeling for Logistics/Maintenance, Unit of Action implementation, NAF elevation to Direct Reporting Command, and Support to establishment of Integrated Capabilities Command.�The objective of this contract is to provide innovative solutions to implement ACC Transformation following the Secretary of the Air Force�s guidance and Headquarter Air Force�s GPC working groups direction. Period of Performance: TBD Target 2nd Qtr FY24 1 base year plus two optional years Security Requirements: Top Secret-SCI (DD254). All required computer and security training will be accomplished prior to accessing systems/programs. 3.0 REQUESTED INFORMATION Please respond to this RFI using Attachment 2 RFI Response Form with sufficient detail explaining your capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement as described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Responses will require a review of the draft SOO, which is attached to this RFI. 4.0 ��RESPONSES Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI. ONLY prime contractors shall complete the above referenced form.� Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to James Robinson at james.robinson.54@us.af.mil and Desire� Logan at desiree.logan@us.af.mil no later than 20 March 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.� Please do not include any proprietary information. Please describe if your company has proprietary rights to any of the service described within the SOO.� Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.� 5.0�� �SUMMARY This RFI will help further define the requirement and identify appropriate sources that can provide GPC implementation services.
