- Description
- The quotation due date has been extended. Quotes are due electronically to Jennifer.Duron@va.gov by 12:00PM Hawaii Standard Time on March 22, 2024. All offerors must review, acknowledge, and sign Amendment 0001 when submitting your quote. The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations to conduct the Marketing & Recruitment for VA Community Reinforcement and Family Training (VA- CRAFT) Research. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) will require the contractor to support the studys marketing and recruitment goals. The study tests an intervention that blends telephone coaching calls with a web program, called VA Community Reinforcement and Family Training (VA-CRAFT) that is intended to help Veterans by training their family members to effectively promote mental health care-seeking for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The contractor supports this project by directly marketing the study to spouses and intimate partners of Veterans with PTSD using social media sites and any other available marketing channels. Advertisements will be targeted to specific interests and page descriptions associated with Veteran issues (e.g., PTSD), and those interested in learning more about the study will be directed to a study-specific website where potential participants can obtain details about the study and self-screening to see if they meet the studys inclusion criteria. The Period of Performance will be for an eight (8) month period, with no options. The anticipated start date will be on May 1, 2024. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code 541810 and must be registered and verified in the SBA VetCert website (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/). Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on the registration to be considered for an award. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database (https://sam.gov) will render your firm ineligible for award.
