(ABOA):��6,181 Space Type:� Office Parking Spaces (Total):� Nine (9) Parking Spaces (Surface):��Zero (0) Parking Spaces (Structured):��Nine (9) Parking Spaces (Reserved):��Nine (9) Full Term:� Fifteen (15) Years Firm Term:��Ten (10) Years Option Term:��N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located at the 3rd floor level or above excluding the top floor of the building. Offered space cannot be located near glass atriums or exposed areas adjacent to glass walls or glass curtains. Offered space may not be located near ledges or balconies. The building must be able to provide for a dedicated /non-public route (i.e. passenger and/or freight elevator that can be locked) between the offered space and the parking garage. Offered space may not be located near foreign entities.�� Offered space cannot be located near daycare facilities.
