Description

BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000 Synopsis Requisition 1115566 The Government will deliver the amount of seed estimated by the Contractor at a mutually agreed upon time and bear the cost of transportation. The Contractor shall, at its expense, promptly return to the Government seed storage facility any seed in excess to the needs for producing the required number of seedlings. The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA�s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3�SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against single award BPAs for Georgia Fostery Commission awarded against� BPA 12444121A0002� for Tree planting and Harvesting of Seed Services This is not a solicitation.� This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Florida Timber Support BPA for USFS with agreement numbers 12444123A0019 through 12444123A0027 There are currently 9 businesses that will receive this solicitation.� The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.� Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.� Point of Contact is randall.taylor@usda.gov. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned� BPA holder previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at:� https://sam.gov/content/home.� The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice
