Description

1) The scope of this project is to replace the existing air handling unit (AHU) serving the main sales area of the commissary, along with replacing the RMCS system, five refrigeration roof top condensers, replace refrigerant and adding power connections for temporary refrigeration during�construction. The scope will include the replacement of the AHU and the�associated components such as the condenser, refrigeration piping,�electrical and controls. Demolition work will be required to remove the�existing AHU from the mechanical room and the work will be phased to�ensure complete operation of the commissary facility. Proposed Solicitation Number: HQC00324B0007 2) The work will be completed at NOLF Imperial Beach Commissary, CA 3) Tentative Dates:� Issuing invitations: Mar 29, 2024 Opening bids: Apr 29, 2024 Completing contract performance: Oct 3, 2025 4) Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM. 5) Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted: Apr 28, 2024 6) This award is restricted to small businesses. 7) There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents. 8) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
