Operationalize Air Conditioning Unit ACU-804-MIL 1.0 DESCRIPTION: Teardown, inspect, determine, and supply components/consumables to repair, service, and make operational air conditioning (AC) unit located at Al-Mubarak Air Base Kuwait. The AC unit is beyond field level maintenance and requires depot level repair expertise. Item� � � � � � � �PART NUMBER� � � � � � � �DESCRIPTION� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �QTY 0002� � � � � � ��ACU-804-MIL� � � � � � � � � ��Air Conditioning Unit Serial No. T32157� � � � ��1 3.0 Service Support.� N/A 3.1 Delivery. 3.2 Shipping: The contractor shall deliver all items to make operational equipment listed in paragraph 1.1 to the address listed below 150 days after receipt of order (ARO): MINISTRY OF DEFENCE KUWAIT AF THE BOEING COMPANY EB1748 CONTRACT FA852621 D0001 PO BOX1170 Attn.: Bob Bailey 3.3 Period of Performance (PoP): PoP is 180 days after contract award. 3.4 Access to Base: Contact Boeing Base Manager to access Al Mubarak Air Base and AC unit. 3.5 Warranty. Contractor shall provide the manufacturer�s standard commercial warranty beginning on the date of acceptance of all items. ??????????????3.6 Government Furnished Equipment and Services or Government Furnished Property (PFP) and services. N/A 4.0 General Information 4.1 Affirmative Procurement Programs (APP): In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive- procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)- designated products included in the bio-based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price. In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio-based products. In accordance with the Robins AFB Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package. 4.2 Security Requirements: It is not anticipated that Contractor personnel will require a security clearance for performance of the services under this contract. However, if at any time security clearances become necessary, the Contractor shall ensure Contractor personnel have a valid security clearance appropriate to the access required for proper accomplishment of contract requirements. Contractor personnel shall not be authorized access to classified information or work on classified projects or programs without a valid security clearance. If a Contractor employee is determined to pose a security risk to Government operations by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will consult with the Contractor and a decision will be made whether the Contractor employee will continue working in the equipment environment. 4.3 Operating Hours/Access to AC Unit: Normal operating hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Arabia Standard Time) Sunday through Friday. The Contractor shall be physically on-site managing the repair of AC Unit during normal operating hours. The Contractor shall follow local Government procedures for inclement weather or other emergency reasons. 4.3.1 Unless otherwise required by the Government, the Contractor shall not work on local holidays or during facility closings as authorized by the Government. ???????4.4 Invoice/Payment and Receipt/Acceptance:� In accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7003, Electronic submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the Contractor shall submit/process payment requests (invoices, Receiving Reports or combos) and receipt/acceptance documents via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) through module Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).� Access at the following site:� https://piee.eb.mil/.
