- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY: This request for information is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, Solicitation, and Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items identified in this RFI. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this RFI. Any responses received will not be considered nor used as a proposal. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is interested in obtaining information from industry that will help to support the acquisition strategy. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Codes proposed for this requirement is 561612 Security Guards and Patrol Services with Size Standard $29.0M. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Chief Security Office (CSO) has a requirement to contract for security armed and administrative services on an enterprise level, located in Glynco, Georgia; Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland. FLETC CSO is required to provide security services in accordance with Executive Order 14111, as an Interagency Security Committee, Level IV campus facility.
