- 632-21-118 Replace 200 N Roofs, at the Northport Healthcare System Campus, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, New York, 11768. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision for the replacement of Building 200 ICU Roof (approximately 7000 sq.ft.) and Building 200N Flat Roof (approximately 14,000 sq.ft.) at the main hospital building located in the Northport VA Medical Center to meet the latest NFPA 101 Life Safety, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities, VA Design Standards and other applicable state and federal guidelines and regulations in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. This is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside procurement. All prospective bidders must be registered in SAM.gov, Duns and Bradstreet (www.dnb.com) and are verified/visible /certified in SBA Certification portal (www. https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the time of offer submission. Bidders must submit their annual Vets-100 Report. Magnitude of Construction: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160, Roofing Contractors, and Size Standard is $19.0 million. Completion Time: 400 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A Pre-bid site visit meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Prospective bidders shall meet at the Building 200 North, Hospital Main Lobby, Northport Healthcare System Campus, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, New York, 11768. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, all questions, and Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to Yingjie Yeung, Contract Specialist, via email at yingjie.yeung@va.gov no later than Close of Business (COB) April 23, 2024. Responses to questions and RFIs will be posted on/or around May 2, 2024. All Solicitation Amendments shall be acknowledged.
