Description

The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) ? Fort Eustis is conducting market research to identify parties that are interested in, and have the resources to provide construction support for a broad range of maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation and new construction. Inclusive are demolition, new construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, or repair which may include incidental design services. DPW has a requirement to renovate and modernize existing facilities/real property on Fort Eisenhower, located in Augusta, GA, Lake Thurmond (Points West Army Resort) Leah, GA and at Fort Gillem in Forrest Park, GA.� MICC Fort Eustis intends to gain market knowledge of potential small business sources relative to a requirement that, at this time, will be under the following NAICS: 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
