- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks information regarding the following space: State: New Jersey City: Woodland Park Delineated Area:North: W Belt Pkwy to Riverview Dr. to Hwy 80 to Route 19 East: Route 19 to Valley Rd to Route 46 South: Route 46 West: From the intersection of Hwy 23 and Route 46 to the intersection of Hwy 23 and W Belt Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,409 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,030 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 47 Parking Spaces (Surface): 47 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Additional Requirements: As a law enforcement agency, the FBI requires access to their office space and parking 24/7. FBI has a requirement for a backup generator. FBI has a server room/other type of room that will require 24/7 operation. Site fencing requirements. Holding cell/ secure area. Additional security requirements depending on the building/ location. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 12,409 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Woodland Park, New Jersey.� The Government is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 12,409 ABOA SF if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
