Eastern Stardard Time. A pre-proposal conference is being offered to any interested vendors on Thursday April 25, 2024. Should contractors have any questions with respect to this RFP, they should submit them, via email, to the FedMall Offers Inbox: DOD.FEDMALL@dla.mil, with the subject FedMall Solicitation SP47W1-24-R-0002 Questions. Any technical questions, requests for clarification, or requests for data in connection with this RFP must be submitted in writing on or before May 03, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. EST to allow DLA adequate time to provide correct answers to the questions submitted and to prevent any delays in the closing date of the RFP. The Contractor is strongly urged to follow-up the submission of any questions with the Contracting Officer to ensure that questions have been received. Contractors shall use the FedMall Question Template, which is attached to the solicitation as Attachment 2, to submit your questions. Questions not submitted using this template will not be considered for answers. A maximum of 10 questions per vendor are allowed. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this post is for Synopsis Amendment 02 The purpose of this amendment is to inform vendors that the solicitation (when posted) will be brand name or equal for the products listed. Vendors must provide offers for a minimum of thirty (30) percent of items within an established product category for vendors to be considered for award under that category. Proposals that do not meet the minimum percentage, however, can be considered for award if there are no other offerors who meet the minimum. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this is to post Synopsis Amendment 01 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and include the items that will be solicited. Please see the Attachment - FEDMALL Items to be Solicited. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following attachment is a synopsis of the new strategy for the FEDMALL solicitation. Please review attachment- DCSO-C3-FEDMALL Synopsis-13DEC23.docx. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Alek Pagliaccetti at Alek.Pagliaccetti@dla.mil
