********************************MARKET SURVEY******************************** This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and Any costs associated with the market survey submittal are solely at the interested vendor�s expense. ************************************************************************************* This is a market survey for a construction project titled: PTSF Mechanical Upgrades at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, OK. The estimated price range (i.e., disclosure of magnitude) for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Work to be accomplished for the PTSF Mechanical Upgrades includes but not limited to the following: -Upgrade heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system in the PTS facility -Remove existing chiller (1EA 110 Ton) and cooling tower including 2EA primary pumps (5 HP EA) and 2EA (7.5 HP EA) secondary CHW pumps, boilers (2EA� 770 MBH) including 2 EA HHW pumps, piping and miscellaneous. -Install a new refrigerant based air-cooled heat pump system in the administration area with a� dedicated outside air system (DOAS) will be installed in place of the existing roof mounted VAV RTU currently serving the administration area. -Two (2) new constant volume RTUs to serve 107-Lab replacing 2EA VAV RTUs (10,500 CFM). -One (1) new larger constant volume (CV) RTU (1EA 5,000 CFM) to be installed to serve Room 112-UPS Room. -New control system connected to the campus-wide energy management control system (EMCS) served by JCI Metasys to be installed. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service- disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the required construction services. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The business size standard for this NAICS is $39.5 million. � 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Type of services provided by firm, - Size and type of services provided on previous government/private sector contracts (provide detailed information and past performance/experience*), *Specific experience related to the work to be accomplished identified in this market survey - Number of years in business - Small Business Size Status to include applicable socio-economic information such as 8(a), WOSB, SDVSB, etc. Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). All responses to this market survey must be received by Thursday, April 12th, 2024, 4:00 p.m. CT. All submittals should be submitted by email to: andre.casiano@faa.gov. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind.
