Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order for FedEx SenseAware Subscription Service and Trackers. Proposed Contractor: Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) 900 7TH STREET, NW Suite 550 Washington, District of Columbia 20001-3888 UEID: EM7LMJJCF6B7 CAGE: 01FJ4 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 13.501(a). The intended period of performance is a base year with four (4) option years. Base Year: 05/01/2024 � 04/30/2025 Option Year 1: 05/01/2025 � 04/30/2026 Option Year 2: 05/01/2026 � 04/30/2027 Option Year 3: 05/01/2027 � 04/30/2028 Option Year 4: 05/01/2028 � 04/30/2029 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis.� A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur.� All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items.� It is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
