- The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) � Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) � Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the Transportable Tactical Command Communications (T2C2) System. Requirements Description: Parts to be procured consist of a power supply, a radome inflation control, antenna subassembly, equipment chassis, and a communication modem. These parts are essential for proper functioning of the T2C2 system. The T2C2 system is an easily transportable satellite terminal that allows for high-bandwidth communications. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. With regards to the following NIINs: 016863260, 016924082, 016948966, 016962971, 016642858, 016782273, and 016610869 they are all sourced from GATR Technologies. Currently the government does not have rights to the TDP, so providing detailed drawings as a manufacturing reference is not a possibility. Additionally, GATR Technologies currently has and defends, its patent for the GATR T2C2 system. The patent number is 9276306 and it was filed in 2013. For NIIN 017058483, GATR Technologies was the previous supplier.� The current supplier is Tampa Microwave. This NSN is under proprietary classification, so a TDP is unable to be supplied to prospective manufacturers. The current purchasing part number is SCOUT-81030-001. No other companies appear to manufacture or provide the listed part for purchase. The NIIN for the Electrical-Electronic Equipment Chassis, 016642073, was previously supplied by GATR Technologies under part number T2C2-12057. The current supplier is Pacific Star under part number, PS400-CHAS-4-002. This part is proprietary, with research showing no other options for purchase or manufacturing. The NIIN for the Interface Unit, Commo, 016643122, was previously supplied by GATR Technologies under part number T2C2-12059. The current supplier is Pacific Star under part number, PS442-20. This part is proprietary, with research showing no other options for purchase or manufacturing. The procurement for the following stated NIINs is for a one-time buy. The approximate quantities for government procurement will be stated in the list of NIINs.� All NIINs listed for purchase belong to the T2C2 Family of Terminals. These terminals were originally designed and manufactured by GATR Technologies. The T2C2 Family of Terminals is a group of inflatable satellite terminals. Two models of satellites are procured by the government, the T2C2 Lite and Heavy. The primary vendor for these NIINs is GATR Technologies.� Other manufacturer for these NIINs include Pacific Star Communications and Tampa Microwave.
