Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor to construct the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL.� Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP) for convenience.� The complete set of RFP Documents, including the Construction Specifications and Drawings, can be downloaded using the link below.� This acquisition is being advertised as Full and Open (Unrestricted) and as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.� A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for February 21, 2024 at 1:30 PM.� Please refer to Section 3.
