Solicitation Number: 6047591 Synopsis: This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal. This work is for HVAC Duct Cleaning in 3 buildings each containing 111 berthing rooms located at the New London Naval Submarine Base, Groton CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation,� and other items necessary to provide HVAC component/duct �clean and verification of cleanliness through inspection and/or testing in accordance with items specified herein and applicable to the current NADCA standards. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Priced Proposal .� The Solicitation will be available on or about 15 May 2024 for downloading. The address for downloading this solicitation is https://www.sam.gov �All Prospective Bidders are encouraged to register on the above website for this procurement when specifications and drawings become available. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. amendments) shall be made only on the web site. It is therefore the bidder�s responsibility to check the web site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. The contract is expected to be awarded the beginning of July with a period of performance of 120 days. Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at� https://www.sam.gov database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award.
