This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for�commercial services. This requirement is issued�as a Request for Quote (RFQ) prepared in�accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation�(FAR) subparts 12.203 and 13.500, under NAICS�Code 541618 (Other Management Consulting�Services), with a small business size standard of�$19M. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a�separate solicitation will not be issued. This�requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted. The Health Resources and Services Administration�(HRSA) is contemplating issuance of a Blanket�Purchase Agreement (BPA) pursuant to FAR Part�13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreement.
