Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) / Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting market research to identify organizations to provide analysis of truck telematics data to identify accident hazard roadway segments.
