- This Notice is related to the C-130 Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) 1/2/3 Sources Sought Notice N00019-24-RFPREQ-APM207-0304 posted on 01 November 2023.� NAVAIR is pursuing an IDIQ Contract (potentially a Multiple Award Contract) for this effort. NAVAIR hereby invites interested parties to participate in an Industry Day to be held in-person at the University System of Maryland at Southern Maryland located at 44219 Airport Road, California, Maryland 20619 on Tuesday, 23 April 2024 with doors opening at 08:00 and the event beginning at 08:30. There will not be a virtual/ call-in option for this industry day (only in-person for registered attendees). The purpose of the informational presentation is to provide potential Offerors a better understanding of the work required and to accept feedback on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Draft Contract Line Item (CLIN) structure. �The Draft PWS and Draft CLIN Structure will be provided via DoD Safe following registration and verification by the Government of an active/valid SAM.GOV account. All companies attending must register by 17 April 2024 at 1600 EDT by submitting the registration form provided in this Notice via email to Contract Specialists Gregory Webster at gregory.j.webster8.civ@us.navy.mil and Gregory Sirna at gregory.r.sirna.civ@us.navy.mil. Attendance at Industry Day is limited to ten (10) individuals per company. The Government is offering prospective prime contractors the opportunity to register for a one-on-one session with Government personnel to discuss their questions and the Government topics. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is to allow prime contractor representative(s) an opportunity to provide questions and/or comments on the Draft PWS and/or Draft CLIN structure to help Government representatives obtain a clear understanding of the party�s feedback. �The one-on-one is not to be used as a business development opportunity.� Upon receipt of all one-on-one requests, the Government will provide each requestor with the scheduled time period (20 � 30 min) reserved for their one-on-one session. Attendees are encouraged to review the Draft PWS and Draft CLIN structure and submit questions or comments in writing by 1600 EDT on 17 April 2024 to Contract Specialists, Gregory Webster at gregory.j.webster8.civ@us.navy.mil and Gregory Sirna at gregory.r.sirna.civ@us.navy.mil using the excel format provided. �Although questions are encouraged during the presentation or one-on-ones, the Government respectfully requests that all verbal questions are followed-up in writing by 01 May 2024 to enable the Government to provide complete and thorough responses. �The written questions that are due by 01 May 2024 shall be entered into the attached Excel file and submitted via email to Gregory Webster and Gregory Sirna.� Any proprietary information provided in the questions or comments shall be marked or annotated accordingly. � Additionally, the Government has several topics about which it desires feedback from industry. Interested companies are encouraged to either provide feedback on these topics in writing to Gregory Webster and Ryan Sirna via the email addresses listed above no later than 01 May 2024 or discuss feedback during the scheduled one-on-one sessions.� The topics are as follows: What is your estimated timeline to have resources in place and be capable of performing work associated with this effort? Describe your company�s capabilities in performing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul services on C/KC-130J/T series or similar large, fixed-winged cargo aircraft. Describe your company�s workforce skill sets performing similar or identical work. Describe your company�s facilities, tooling, and equipment used to perform similar or identical work. Does your company currently have employees qualified to operate C-130 aircraft on the ground and air? Can your company employ a Contractor Field Team expeditiously? What is your company�s plan to meet capacity requirements set forth in the PWS? What is your company's threshold/minimum requirement for participation on a potential MAC?
