See attachment section for Amendment 0001. This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the rental and service of a handicap accessible portable toilet and handwashing station at Prescott National Cemetery. Services include pumping of the toilet holding tank weekly and restocking of consumable products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
