- 11 April 2024 Solicitation amended to extend response due date From 15 April To 30 April 2024. 15 March 2024� �Solicitation is amended to add Subcontracting Plan requirement. 04 March 2024 Solicitation is amended to revise block 9 on the front page of the solicitation. 01 March 2024 Solicitation is revised to remove the 100% SBSA. This will be limited competition among currently qualified sources as noted below, with the addition of a single large business, Moog (CAGE: 0ZWK8) This solicitation is to establish a single award contract for the purchase of the C-5 Electro-Mechanical Actuators IAW attached documents.This acquisition shall be a 100% Small Business Set Aside, sources limited to those who possess the data and capability to meet the requirement. The currently qualified small business sources are: Linear Motion, LLC (CAGE: 0A335) and Thomas Instruments, Inc. (CAGE:5H860) Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-24-R-0005 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for the items and estimated quantities as listed in the attachments.�� Offerors Shall Respond via email/electronic means.� Send all correspondence to roberto.martinez-perez@dla.mil.
