- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�AZ City:�Flagstaff Delineated Area:�City Limits of Flagstaff, AZ Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,134 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,408 Space Type:�Office & Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):�20 Parking Spaces (Surface):�20 Full Term:�20 Firm Term:�15 Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Facilities must be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Space must be located on 2nd story or higher. 1st floor space will be accepted if: Government is the sole tenant. There is a 20� setback. Blast film on exterior windows/doors provided as part of shell. Space must be contiguous on one or multiple consecutive floors�(one or more floors directly above or below the other Government must have the right to relocate exterior penetrations for security concerns. Cannot be collocated with: Federal, State, or Local Government Agencies whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties criminal to elements. Private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs. Agencies providing social services. Halfway houses Residential units Building entrances/exits cannot be located within close proximity (1,000 walkable feet) of certain locations, including but not limited to drug-free zones, schools, and areas where drug activities are prevalent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
