Description

FDRMC, Det. Rota Code 130 is requesting to purchase a handheld XRF Analyzer in order to identify� various metals, lead containing paint materials and filler materials in-shop and shipboard for� welding and Nondestructive Testing (NDT) production operations and perform inspections. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 1) Handheld XRF Analyzer with 50kV miniature x-ray tube excitation source. Equipped with two (2)� cameras: macro camera and micro camera for documenting sample and small area of analysis. 2) Metal Calibration Software that tests for the following elements: Y, Te, Sb Sn Cd Pd Ag Ru Mo Nb� Zr Bi Pb Se Au W Zn Cu Re Ta Hf Ni Co Fe Mn Cr V Ti Al S P Si Mg (33) and includes Calibration� Standard Alloy, IARM35, 1.25%Cr, 0.5%Mo and Check Sample, 6061 Al. 3) Lead Paint Calibration Software that tests for lead paint in metal and non-metal painted� structures. 4) Shipped to NAVSTA Rota.
