Description

Updated April 16 with Amendment 2. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is in reference to the synopsis posted on March 14, 2024 titled ""Stokes Rotunda Roof Replacement."" The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire construction services for the Rotunda Roof Replacement project at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse at 801 W Superior Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. A pre-proposal�meeting and site visit is scheduled for April 2, 2024� at 10:00 AM EST. You will find all of the information needed to register for this meeting and submit your bid in the documents attached to this solicitation notice. This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. Full project details can be found inside the attached drawings and project specifications. This project includes, but is not limited to the following work: replacement of existing roof system and sealant in stone panel joints above and adjacent to the main Rotunda entrance and patching and refinishing of the Rotunda ceiling.
