- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Replace Rollup Doors at Yuma Area Office (YAO), Yuma, AZ This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your quotes will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about May 8, 2024. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement to replace six (6) 480V 3 phase rollup doors. All rollup doors to be replaced are located at 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials required to procure and install six (6) rollup doors, door railings, openers/closers, safety door sensors and related parts at the specified locations. The contractor is also responsible for removal and disposal of existing doors to be replaced. All door frames are bolted onto/into the door openings and does not modify the building itself. Rollup door specifications and exact locations will be on the Statement of Work. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 332321, Rolling Doors for Industrial Buildings and Warehouses, Metal, Manufacturing, with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm-fixed price purchase order but reserves the right to award none at all. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the quote, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for May 1, 2024. Time and meeting location to be provided with the issuance of the solicitation. Registrations: In order to be considered for a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov at time of quote submission and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
