- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 (New England) will be holding a virtual Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Informational Session on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 9:00 � 11:00 am local Boston time.� This session is open to all who wish to attend. In accordance with�Executive Order (E.O.) 14063, Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) now requires agencies to use PLAs in large-scale construction projects exceeding $35m.� The session will provide an in-depth overview of the topic and will include a question and answer period following the presentation.� All interested parties should contact Tim Davis (timothy.davis@gsa.gov) and Jim Adamo (james.adamo@gsa.gov) to register.� Please provide the names and email addresses of those wishing to attend so that we can add them to the Google Meets meeting invite.�
