Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS. IT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED IN ANY WAY AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR THE INFORMATION OBTAINED. The 42d Contracting Squadron and 42d Civil Engineering Squadron intend to host a Site Visit for contractors interested in providing Chiller Rental for Maxwell AFB as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Site Visit is scheduled for 22 Apr 2024, at 09:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Bldg. 804, Room 202, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. The Site Visit is being held to afford interested parties an opportunity to visit the site and provide input on the attached SOW. The Government�s intent is to solicit via SAM.gov as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 32490 with a small business size standard of $40M. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract to provide rental services for Maxwell Air Force Base. Offerors should be at the Maxwell AFB Visitor Center, Maxwell AFB, AL no later than 08:30 AM CDT to receive a visitor�s pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver�s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees� names will need to be submitted by 19 April 2024, Close of Business. In addition to the attendee�s name (as reflected on their driver�s license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
